Trumbull St. Bay City, MI 48708 Year of Completion: 1999 The Tuscola Medical Building is a similar structure as the Covenant Healthcare Building located in Frankenmuth. The architect invited us to meet with the owners to discuss building a new medical office for them. This meeting was successful, and we were hired to construct their new offices. |
