| Weiss Equipment 450 N. Main Street Frankenmuth, MI 48734 Year of Completion: 1995 We first constructed a warehouse for Weiss Equipment and, after outgrowing their shop on Main Street, which is now the St. Julian Winery, we built their new shop, showroom, and offices. |
Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Company Main Street Frankenmuth, MI Year of Completion: 1999 Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance invited us to submit a proposal to renovate a building we originally built in 1976 (the administrative wing of Frankenmuth Bank and Trust. We modernized the interior and exterior of this structure located on Main and School Streets as office space for the insurance company. |
| The Bavarian Inn Castle Shops 1 Covered Bridge Lane Frankenmuth, MI 48737 Year of Completion: 2002 The lower level renovation included a new elevation and the construction of a new entrance on the northwest corner of the building. The new entrance was exciting to build because it featured some very intricate stonework. Building the entrance above the pedestrians made our work challenging. |
