| Zilwaukee School 500 W Johnson St Zilwaukee, Michigan 48604 Year of Completion: 2011 Improvements for Zilwaukee School started in October 2009. The renovations included four new standard classrooms, a new music room, a science classroom and new media center. A new entryway and parking lot were also added. |
Zion Lutheran Church 510 W. Ivy St. Bay City, Michigan 48706 Year of Completion: 2011 Interior renovations were done including the installation of a new boiler and furnace. The offices were also remodeled and completed in time for school in the fall. |
